The IE branch of the Andalus Committee had the privilege of hosting a panel discussion on “The Non-Aligned Movement: A Catalyst for Regional Stability?” on November 11, 2024, in Madrid. We were honored to welcome Their Excellencies Dinesh K. Patnaik, Ambassador of India to Spain; Doan Thanh Song, Ambassador of Vietnam; Maha Ayoub, Ambassador of Sudan; Abdrahamane Baby, Ambassador of Mali and Carlos Uriarte Sanchez, Vice President at the European Society Coudenhove-Kalergi.

The panel offered attendees a valuable opportunity to gain insights from each ambassador on their country’s engagement with the principles of the Non-Aligned Movement and their dedication to fostering stability, multilateral cooperation, and sustainable development. The event drew a diverse audience of students, academics, and professionals, all eager to explore NAM’s vision for a balanced and multipolar world.
